My car was picked up and delivered on time as promised. The issue was the damage that was done to my car on the trip. I had to deal with Pioneer Transport which is a company that Reeves contracts with. The guy I dealt with was named Chris. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He lied to me numerous times about taking care of my issue and paying off on my claim. The time of this total process took three months! The average damage on the estimate I got for the car was $500.00 and he actually offered me $240.00 for the claim check. I had to barter with him daily for over two weeks to git him to offer me $450.00 which I setteled for. He then delayed the check to me for over another two weeks!!! However, I wan to make clear that Katie who works for Reeves was the best girl I have ever dealt with in a customer service department. She was so helpful in getting this issue resolved for me, I just cannot thank her enough. It's too bad Pioneer does not have people like Katie working for them. They might think about hiring honest people in the future. Again Katie I cannot thank you enough.
