Excellent service by Amber at M2Reeves for setting up and assisting with our car shipment from Virginia to Kansas. She was always prompt with answering questions and responding to emails. When the original company contracted to haul the car failed to make contact and the driver was not reachable within a day of the scheduled pickup window, she quickly switched the contract to another trucking company and was still able to get it picked up in the same shipping window. At delivery, the driver said his company wouldn't take a money order, which Amber had said was fine to use. A quick call to her and she called the shipper's dispatcher and worked it out in a matter of minutes. Outstanding customer service, thanks Amber! Would definitely use M2Reeves again.
