I was supposed to get a 24 hour notice prior to pickup and once called was told the driver would be ready that afternoon (just a few hours). That caused a lot of problems. That was the only bad thing that happened otherwise all was well. Now we haven't received the car yet so are unsure as to timeliness of delivery. However, was overall satified with service.
