The customer service at M2Reeves was very good. Emily was my contact and she was always pleasant and available for questions. My car was picked up on the exact date it was scheduled. It did arrive one day early, but that was a function of the transportation company and not M2Reeves. The driver did call me a day in advance to let me know he would be dropping off early. The price was very competitive as well. All in all, a very good experience.
