This is a good experience in general. The customer service staff answered our questions prompt and politely. For the first pick-up attempt, the driver needed to deliver our car early, even before we arrive the destination city as scheduled. So, the first pick-up was failed, we have to waited another day for a second pick-up. After that, things went smoothly. The second driver showed up on time and loaded the car professionally. The transport took 3 days and car was delivered as promised without any damages we can find out. And the company followed up with us about our concerns and feedback about the shipping and driver after that. Everything works good, we are happy with this experience.
