CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!

M2Reeves is a broker, and does not stand behind their services to make sure your vehicle is cared for in the proper manner while in transport. They only accept your money and have zero liability or so they claim. My 1970 Olds 442 was picked up by a driver they subcontracted from On Time Escort and Transport based out of Colon Michigan. The driver did a walkaround and had my Uncle sign off showing there was no visible damage. Upon delivery the vehicle had a banged up fender and bumper pushed in. The fender being buckled had cracked the paint as well, and bare steel was exposed to the rain storms the driver went through and formed surface rust.

Driver was VERY courteous, and EXTREMELY apologetic citing he knew for a fact it wasn't there upon pickup, but he wasn't sure how it happened. After a police report was made prior to the car coming off the trailer, I contacted M2Reeves as well who told me to go through the drivers insurance.

Within 2 days of delivery I received an automatic denial of liability from the drivers insurance and they had never seen any pictures of the car yet. 3 weeks later they sent someone out to inspect and denied the claim again citing the damage as old. I have a police report showing the damage was incurred between the time the vehicle was picked up and dropped off with testimony by the driver admitting the fault was his somehow, but he wasn't sure how. The drivers company then proceeded to tell M2Reeves that the vehicle was a bondo wonder and all rusted. This is a classic 1970 Olds 442 in PRISTINE condition.

M2Reeves claims they are not liable even though they are the ones who hired this driver for this transport. They threatened me with a frivilous return lawsuit if I sued them for the damages. Amber was apologetic up until the time came for the damage to be repaired. Then they claimed ZERO liability for their subcontracted driver. They are willing to take your money, but unwilling to help you finalize any damages incurred in transport. The legal route is the only option at this point since they want to play the game the hard way instead of just paying for their mistakes.

Here's a few pics of the vehicle on the trailer with the police waiting to take the report.

M2reeves LLC is a federally licensed auto transport broker which means we arrange transportation of vehicles. The USDOT carrier division requires that all carriers have insurance and we make sure that each carrier we use has insurance. The insurance companies are in charge of handling each claim and in this instance they have denied the claim based on FRAUD. We are cooperating with law enforcement and the insurance company's fraud investigator and we can assure all that insurance fraud will be prosecuted fully to the extent under the law.
