I felt that the customer service was excellent. They originally told me that it would be 1 to 4 days before I would be contacted to have the car picked up, but I was surprised that I was contacted the next morning. We were not ready to have the car picked up that soon so M2Reeves worked with the carrier to schedule them to come the next morning. They really were genuinely interested in making sure that everything went smoothly.

I was very reluctant to have my car shipped, but I would definitely use them again.
