Amy, with M2Reeves Car Shipping, was knowledgeable and reassuring. She provided order status changes (driver contact information, expected delivery date, confirmed delivery time) via e-mail and telephone as they became available. She also had a very reasonable price.
I am a first time user of this type of service. My daughter’s vehicle had a mechanical malfunction and could not be driven the 740 miles home from her vacation endpoint. The vehicle was drivable for short distances. Transporting it was a practical way to avoid a huge repair bill, four states away, for repair work I could do. With a hand full of e-mail bids from brokers and broker/transporters, I started Better Business Bureau (www.BBB.org) searches. This combined with telephone contacts provided me with data for selecting a competent, reasonable priced broker to handle my needs.
Seven days transpired between my order and a driver accepting the load. I was not in a hurry and considered this to get a low price. The driver did auto transports exclusively. He also gave me updates via cell phone. I was able to coordinate his delivery to a large unused street rather than a residential neighborhood.
I would use the services of Amy at M2Reeves Car Shipping again for transport service. Her friendly courteous service took the worry out of my stressful situation. Thank you, Amy!
