i felt like i should have been updated about the transport of my car. I was told to call the trucking company but every time I called they said "tomorrow", "the next day", "one more day" I felt like I could never get a definitive answer. I felt like I should have been told more often the status, but no one was calling me, I had to call them and I still did not get an accurate answer
