I called the shipping company because it said door to door on the add. I was happy about that one. So i placed and order for my car to get picked up from virginia and get transported to oregon. All was going good. 4 days later i get a phone call saying that the truck will not come to my house or even my city, and that the closest they would go is 2 and a half to three hours away. I was like crap that sucks because the car hes transporting is my ride. hmmmmm drive with my feet to another city ok. So i called the trucker and talked to him and we tried to figured things out. It took a couple phone calls back and forth to his dispatch but adventually we figured things out. I still have to meet him 3 hours away but whatever im just glad to get my car. Overall the truck driver was cool and the broker was cool, they kept there calm and didnt get frustrated and worked through the problem which is really a good thing. Thats my transport experience.
