This was the first time that I had been given an oppurtunity to use a transporter. I had purchased a used vichicle from a dealership in Colorado and wasn't sure of what I needed to do to get this to Virginia.
I went online and started doing some research on some of the auto transporters that were available. I submitted a quote online and within minutes I was given several quotes to transport my vehicle. I looked at the information carefully as this was sort of overwhelming. By the way I"m stilling getting quotes! But I looked for price as the most important factor for me. That's when I received a quote from M2Reeves, LLC. They beat everyone by $150 dollars!
Upon calling to confirm my reservation with M2Reeves, LLC, I spoke with Amber. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with me during this entire process. I even had to call her several times and she was always ready to help! I received an email from M2Reeves, LLC that my vehicle was being picked up on the 7th of July and would arrive to my house on the 9th of July. Amber even called to confirm this as well. With the 9th finally here, I received a call from the driver saying that he was heading through TN and would be in VA in about 6 to 7 hours. He arrived there within that time frame. Once there, he unloaded my vehicle and we did a walk around to show me what they saw as imperfections at the time of pickup. I received my bill of lading and I'm pleased to say that this was a very good experience for me.
