Introduction/Why I chose them:
I called atleast 40 (no exaggeration) auto transport companies, and got down to the final 2.
M2Reeves, and Wise Auto Shipping. They're both highly rated, both have pleasant and honest customer service (when you can get Wise on the phone) BUT M2Reeves is FAR more responsive to calls and messages left.
I never had to call more than once to get a response from the initial quote to the time of my auto drop off.
Then, even when my main contact person wasn't available (Brenda- who is very coureteous and easy to talk to but also popular..lol ), someone else was always there to answer my questions. (Katie in particular...who gave me an INSTANT rebate when I told her I couodn't afforf to pay all up front.)
Brenda gave me a 3-10 days pickup window.
However, THE VERY NEXT DAY, I was contacted by Katie following Brenda's request to alert me and let me know they'd found me a carrier.
IMPRESSIVE!

The Carrier/Transport:
Then....the carrier called, and was also very courteous (although his English is broken over the phone). He told me he'd be there to pick up my car in 2 days on a Tuesday. He actually was a day behind though, but atleast he had the decency to call and let me know. Then after he told me he'd be there at or before 10 AM on Wednesday, he called Wed. morning at 9:30 and said he was down the street!!! He made me VERY comfortable with the transaction, explaining what he was marking on the paperwork, and not fretting over me watching him load my car. He was MUCH easier to understand in person, and was very kind with my car. He was also careful with others vehicles as he positioned mine on the 18 wheeler. (Which always makes me happy to see my car and others being treated the same.)
THe transport time was excellent.
The carrier arrived on the exact day he said he would.
The ONLY thing I didn't like was the fact that instead of bringing my car to where I designated, he called me and told me he was half a mile away, and to come to him in the big vacant lot he'd found. I didn't quite understand the logic in that move, but when I arrived, he hadn't taken my car off, and allowed me to watch him bring it down which put my comfort level back at ease. I no longer felt like something fishy was going on...lol....
The car was not excessively dirty (just a little dusty) , and had no damage at all. Everything was the way I'd left it, and the vaccuum cleaner I'd left in the trunk was still there, so nothing was stolen etc.
The carrier's insurance wasn't very impressive so I suggest you have your own, however, there ended up being no need for insurance anyway.

Overall:
The service with M2Reeves was excellent, and they even took off one more dollar AFTER ARRIVAL because my CC declined the 159 we agreed I'd pay upon PICKUP. This impressed me because not only did they hold out on charging me (which shows confidence), but when I was a dollar short, they waived that dollar. Sounds small, but it showed me that M2Reeves is not money hungry and are more concerned with making they're customers transactions smoothe and worry free.
I would DEFINITELY recommend M2Reeves and Valy Express shipping to everyone.
