I selected this company to ship my 1956 Corvette after many hours of research on this website and the Better Business Bureau. They had consistently excellent reviews and a very high rating with the BBB. Fortunately, I was not disappointed and had a positive experience with them.
Their price was very competitive and the service representative, Sara, was professional and knowledgable.I learned many years ago not to make a decision based solely on the lowest price and the many horror stories I read about customers experiences with other transport firms convinced me to use M2Reeves based on their record of customer satisfaction. Not only did Sara follow up on the shipping arrangements, but she gave me the cell phone number of the driver and I was able to communicate with him before the pickup in Ohio, during the drive to Flroida, and at delivery in Naples. The trucking company had some unexpected problems on the way to the pickup point
( had to replace two tires on the Ohio turnpike), but M2Reeves, the truck owner, and the driver kept me informed regularly throughout the day. The driver was extremely polite and took great care in loading and unloading my car. The timing of the delivery was amazing. He brought the car to my Florida residence shortly after my arrival.
