The truck arrived a day early. After the driver inspected the car, I signed the sheet showing all of the items he had found wrong. He did not mention that on the back was a lot of fine print. The car arrived 1 day late with 2 broken side mirrors and a cracked windshield. The driver pointed out to my son that on the back of the sheet I had signed, he was not responsible for glass damage. He would not pay to replace the windshield. He did say that he would fix the mirrors and would contact my son to take care of this but he has not done so. M2reeves, since they are just a broker said that they could not do anything about it. They did offer to send me the drivers insurance information so that I could try and file on it but they have not sent me that information either.

This customer is obviously lying the first sentence says the" truck arrived a day early" The 4th sentence says "the car arrived 1 day late with damage" BOTH cannot be true!!! When he says" M2reeves is just a broker and said they could not do anything about it" He know that is untrue. Our terms and the industy standard are the same. We make sure that our carriers have insurance and all damage claims must documented on the delivery bill of lading and must be accompanied by two written estimates and photgraphs's of the damage and submited to the insurance company and the carrier. This customer wants to make his own rules and could be involved in an "insurance scam". We are going to let the insurance company investigate. In any case all customers should be know all valid damage claims are paid by the insurance companies.
