I spoke to Amber and she was very friendly and helpful. Maybe it could have been stressed a little more that you pay a transaction fee up-front and the balance to the driver. Other than that little hicup everything went well. I got email notification when the vehicle was picked up, the driver called the night before the actual delivery to give a more precise time of delivery. and called again the day of the delivery when he got close to my house like I asked. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. I didn't give a lot of excellent scores because I believe there is always room for improvement. This was a very good experience with a very competitive price and overall great service.
