The reason I am giving a poor rating is because the customer sercice was rude to me. I was charged extra for change of destinatiom address and when I called the customer service to inquire about the charge, she explained to me what the charge was for; and when I told her that I do not agree with being charged extra for the change of address she said " I am done talking with you" and then she hanged up the phone on me. Although I can understad why they wanted to overcharge me, and eventhough I did not agree with it, I think it is very poor judgement and very poor customer service to say to the customer I'm done talking with you and then hang up on them. I am not upset about being overcharged, I am very upset about being hanged up on the phone and the way I was tlaked to.

This customer is LYING. He called us at the last minute to change the delivery address to another city 60 miles away. When he found out he would have to pay the the truck driver $75 extra he became rude and belligerent. He claimed his quote was for state to state which is untrue. Our quoting software requires a city and state in order to issue a price as all who recieve quotes from us know.
