I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received. When I got the quote for $834.00 I was not told that I was not allowed to put personal items in my car to ship. When I met the transporter to drop off my car he told me he would have to charge an additional amount of money and he was going to have to call his boss to find out how much. I received a call from Amber at M2Reeves telling me that I had to emplty my car OR pay an additional $100 for the driver to take my car with my personal belongings OR cancel and reschedule another driver (and would have to empty my car). Amber said that they do not tell anyone that they cannot put personal belongings in their cars to ship because it is just a known fact and this was the first time in her year working there that this has happened. Amber said "you wouldn't go to UPS and expect them to ship your car just because they ship personal items would you?" I thought that was very rude. She also kept saying how nice the driver was to "only charge $100". It may ONLY BE $100 to you but it's an additional cost to me on top of the $834 I was quoted. If I ever have to ship a car again I will not use the same broker M2Reeves nor will I refer anyone to them. The transporter on the other hand BLUE ANGELS was great and I will refer people to them. The driver kept in contact with me letting me know his ETA and was very polite and professional.
