The Auto transporter called me approximately 12 hours after I had contracted for the movement. He explained what he was doing and gave me an approximate time he would arrive in CT. Amber(from M2Reeses) had given me a contact number for the driver but he also confirmed that number. I would like to add, I wish more companies employed people like Amber. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. She carefully explained everything. After dealing with some questionable agents she was a wonderful surprise. Anyway, the driver explained he would contact me when he was approximately 3 hours from the drop off point. Amber had also given me an emergency number to call should I have any concerns. As promised the driver called me Monday morning at 9 A.M. and we met at the desired drop off spot at 12 P.M noon. The vehicle had been unloaded. It was in perfect condition. The auto transporter (driver) did not rush me in any way. He made sure I was satisfied with the condition of the vehichle before he would accept payment. I was very pleased and will certainly use M2Reeses Transporting in the future should I need such service and will recommend them to friends.
