I was very nervous shipping a vehicle, as I've never done it before. I received about 20 quotes, either over the phone or online. I also went to the BBB website to check out any companies that I was considering. I went with M2 Reeves because they had an excellent rating with the BBB and the customer reviews on this website were excellent as well. I thought it was important that they didn't charge your credit card until your vehicle was picked up and that they'd give you a full refund if it wasn't picked up. The other companies don't necessarily do that. M2 Reeves pricing was right in line with all the other companies too. The best part was the customer service. Amber was very helpful, friendly and patient with me. Her customer service skills were excellent, and I felt at ease during this whole process. My car arrived early, and without incident. I'm very pleased with M2Reeves, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Go with M2Reeves and you won't be disappointed!
