Office personnel were all extra polite and helpful. They went out of their way to be thorough and clear. They responded to my calls with patience. Timing and cost were all as promised and expected. The carrier himself was patient and helpful even though my non-running antique vehicle presented some unique problems for him. He coordinated with both points of contact and was flexible in his own timing. No damage. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
