Use M2 Reeves but ask for shipper name

I hired M2Reeves to move my car from SF to NY. They were the company with the lowest quote among those with good ratings on this site. I was actually impressed when I asked about the $50 rebate and was told that, to get the rebate, the customer needs to post a review here - "good, bad or indifferent," he said.

M2Reeves was terrific and the move went very smoothly. (Well, maybe a couple of extra days but I was in no hurry.) The only hitch was that the carrier - Bullet Auto Transport - did not communicate and, for a few days, I could not reach them and had to make numerous calls to M2Reeves to finally get a response from Bullet.

These reviews are supposed to be only about M2Reeves - and, again, M2Reeves was very good. Bullet, however, has only been on this site for 9 months and has a ONE star review.

So, use M2Reeves but tell them you want to know who they are considering as a carrier BEFORE they commit, so you can check the reputation of the people who will actually be moving your car.
