Car was delivered 4 days earlier than originally-predicted time, which was most appreciated, in satisfactory condition. I was originally told by M2Reeves representative that my car would be picked-up on a Thursday, but when my wife called the carrier on Tuesday to find out the pick-up time window, the carrier said they were planning to pick up the car on Wednesday. While an earlier pick-up was appreciated, we had to shuffle some other matters to be available on Wednesday rather than the originally-scheduled Thursday. This relatively-minor communication breakdown between transporter, carrier, and customer does not detract from a positive overall transport experience. M2Reeves would be a company I would recommend for the combination of price and service.
