I was pleased with price quoted. When called with a few questions that were overlooked the right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand was doing. I was told the business was acredited by BBB and that it was licensed and bonded. Looking up the company it was not acredited by BBB. I was told later a message was left for me...I never recieved it at the number provided. I called to cancel my reservation and was informed that I had unrealistic expectation of the trucking industry. Sarah the lady replied she was more than happy to cancel my reservation in a snotty way.
My car is important to me and want to feel comfortable with whom I am working with. I was displeased to receive the type of treatment I did whether or not I understand the shipping company. A good company would want to leave an open door for the customer to come back ad that wasn't the case by any means.
