Almost everything was great... good price, they picked my truck up on time and delivered it a day early, BUT whom they subcontracted out to wasn't that good. Firstly, I asked Mariah if it was going to be the same driver in VA from CA because I had read that many times when they switch cars it could get damaged, but she assured me it would be the same person... well it wasn't. And they're probably going to respond with some cheesy answer like m2reeves strives to dothe best, but can't always satisfy or something like that... but the point is they lied to me and so I'm slightly upset. Also, the driver called a day early for the pickup time which would be 730 am the following day. The driver called at 6 am asking where we were saying he was at the location. Here is another part where i was lied to... Mariah said that they would come get it right at my door; that the 18 rig was too big, so they would use a towing truck... another lie. We had to meet them at a location 15 minutes from my house, and upon arrival he was not there. He did not speak English well and so it took 30 minutes to figure out where he was to meet him. He then tried to charge a 100 dollars for a case of water I put in the back of my truck... claiming it would be extra weight. We didn't want to pay that ridiculous price, so we took it out. In all, Mariah was very helpful and sounded like she truly cared about my car, and its a company I would use again.
