This was a remarkably easy experience. I had about six competing quotes and narrowed them down to three. M2Reeves was the first one I called and as I spoke with Mariah she explained the process to me, even helping me understand the way the transport industry operates so I could make a well-informed decision. Theirs was not the lowest quote, but Mariah's exceptional customer service skills convinced me to go with them. There was no hard-sell, but instead she showed an interest in me and my needs in a friendly, honest way. Now, yes, she wanted my business, and was able to lower the bid to $750 (again, not the lowest), yet she worked with me in such a way that I trusted her and by extension her company, and felt no need to call the other companies. I was setting up the transport for a relative in another state, so I never saw the car get picked up or delivered, but there seemed to be no problems and I received an email the day it was picked up and the day after delivery. The car was delivered two days early and that of course thrilled my relative waiting for it on the other side of the country. As a business consultant I am very sensitive to the customer experience, and this was as good as I've experienced.
