They were available to pick up the car the day I said it would be available to pick up. The driver called me one hour before he arrived for the pick up. A few days later, the driver called me to say he'd be there the next day, which meant the vehicle was arriving two full days before the promised delivery date. The next day, he called two hours prior to delivery, and the car was in excellent condition. I checked the odometer, and the mileage was exactly the same as when we'd last driven it. The only negative was the dirt the car picked up on its 2,500 mile journey. I had a great experience, and it cost me more than $175 less than any other company quoted me.
