Not sure if I spelled her name right, but Shona helped me every time I called. Was very pro-active. Some confusion between transport co. and seller, but it all turned out ok. I asked all the questions I needed answered, checked other companies, etc. You have to expect that prices quoted might go up, especially with fuel cost concerns, but I think everything was fine with the quote. Could have found a cheaper transport...maybe, but how long would it take to deliver. Was very impressed with the transport time after pickup. Driver got lost finding me, had to drive 15 miles to locate him, but all in all it was fine. No damage at all when delivered. This was my first attempt at using a transport co., took a little longer than hoped for initially, but I wasn't in a hurry anyway.
