The iniitial driver (Jameson Transport - Vontrell Jameson owner) picked up the vehicles on time but then failed to show up at destination as agreed upon. Driver took my cars to his home and put them back out on central dispatch for a lower value after he had requested $400 up front. The cars showed up eleven days after the agreed upon date with a different driver (different company). M2Reeves, specifically Mariah, did an incredible job alleaving my fears and helped me make sure my cars were not stolen. However, Vontrell Jameson failed to give all of the money I gave him upfront to the new drivers. I ended up making up part of the difference with the new drivers upon delievery. I am out $338 as stolen by Vontrell Jameson and the extra $150 I paid the drivers who actually delivered. I thought that M2Reeves should pick up the $150 expense since they charged me $300 once my cars were picked up. M2Reeves owner Mike decided it was not in there best interest to do this. I feel as if they are responsible for at least that.

There is a problem with the central dispatch system as there is no accountability of the drivers. Drivers who take advantage of the system by robbing customers do so without fear of reprisal and are in the long run going to hurt the reputation of the system.

I am deeply dissappointed by my first experience here and hope to never use a car shipping service again. One thing is for sure, I will never give a driver money upfront again.
