I received some of the best service I have ever had from Katie at M2 Reeves Car Shipping. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and took ownership for everything throughout the process. She proactively called to help me get my car picked up faster than expected, and followed up along the way so I knew the status. My car arrived ON-TIME, in perfect condition despite the worst snow and ice conditions in 50 years. The driver was communicative and helpful as well. He went the extra mile to get our car to us and work around the icy roads in the Pac. NW. I will definitely use Katie and M2 Reeves again
