This was my first use of a transport company for a car outside of my home state and being delivered to my new home. So I was worried that that a lot could go wrong. Katie was pleasant and prompt in getting my quote, answering my questions and finding a driver.
Barry the driver was the consummate professional the car was picked up a day later than I was told, but this did not affect the delivery date at all. I was given Barry's cell phone to keep in touch with him. He was always courteous and respectful on the phone. We arranged to meet for the delivery, he painstakingly reviewed the issues he found with the car prior to loading (probably should have got a copy of that before hand) handed me my keys and I left feeling like I had an excellent experience that could easily have been a nightmare.
