Worst experience for a first timer in using Auto transport Services. I chose M2Reeves LLC for their reviews, but i really had thought they were all written by their own employees after a while. I had chosen to pay an additional $250 plus the $1149 for a guaranteed 48 hour pick up, that never happened at all. I was really counting on them to pick up my car to receive it once I moved to Virginia. It never happened. At times they made it seem like we never made a contract/commitment to each other.
I really hate that they draw you (sell) their pitch so great but that was it , It only sounded good. I had made many phone calls just to get a status of my file. The most irritating answer was: "Our dispatching department is currently still looking for a carrier."" And will call you as soon as we find one". At many times I was told, i will call you back in an hour or so and i never got the courtesy call returned until a few days later or if I had done it myself. So quick in getting the contract to you,yet if they do not fulfill thier end of the contract there would be nothing to repay you as a consumer or incentives for their failure to fulfill their end of the contract. Be carefull for "no guarantee" statement. Thats their cop out excuse. Bottom Line: DO NOT USE THEM!!! kinda makes you wonder if they have around 50 reviews, how many of those can be done by their employees.

Fred's vehicle was initially priced too low. It was our fault and we took responsibility for it. Once this was brought to my attention, I immediately seen that the quote did not accomadate for the size of the vehicle, so when Fred did agree to expidite the vehicle, it actually only brought it to standard fee. However, what Fred has left out is that his vehicle has now been shipped through our company (After his review) as we corrected the problem. As a company, we can sometimes be wrong, but we give 100% in correcting the problem. Mitch
