I contacted M2Reeves on 5/23/08 and explained that I needed my daughter's car picked up at her school BY 6/5/08 and transported to our home.I was clear and concise about my transportation needs and explained that my daughter was leaving early on the morning of the 6th. I called my contact at M2Reeves on the morning of the 3rd to verify the pickup arrangements. It appeared to me that he was drawing a blank but said that he would try to make some arrangement. I called a few hours later and he said he would call me by 3:00 EST. At approximately 3:05 EST I called and was told my contact was out to lunch. I spoke to the owner Mitch, who explained to me that pickup was set up incorrectly in their system. Mitch was pleasant and seemed unhappy that I was dissatisfied and wanted to try and see if he could find a carrier. I went ahead and called a broker who had contacted me on June 2nd looking to see if I had someone in place and told me to call him back if I ran into any sort of problem. As I had his number in my cell phone,his company ended up getting my business at the additional cost of $250. I called Mitch back and told him not to bother looking for someone to cover his company's errors. Again he was apologetic but didn't offer to make me whole for the additional expense I incurred because of his employees' blunders. As I was writing this review, his employee called me to apologize and said while I was talking to Mitch he found a transporter for $1300!! As if I would have paid that bullshit price due to their incompetence after they quoted me $850. Buyer beware-use at your own risk-and beware the lower end of the price spectrum-you will eventually end up paying more in the long run LIKE I DID.
