Vehicle was delivered with a dent in the passenger door. Have been trying to resolve issue for over a month. Company refuses to take my calls and will not return any correspondence. I have faxed all repair quotes and pictures to the company and still no response. I even contacted thier insurance company, who told me I was wasting my time because the damage was not over thier $1000 deductible. They have refused all contact, even after being contacted by the transport brokerage firm. I would not recommend this company to any individual, for any reason. Be very careful if you intend to do business with Luxury Auto.
