POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have to call the company in order to find status on vehicle pick-up rather than them contacting me (the paying cutomer) The vehicle was not picked-up within the timeframe allotted in the contract. I was told that the vehicle was not getting pick-up unless I met a driver 2 hrs away (for the same price). So much for door to door service.

Kyle told me that I'll be refunded $50 to add to the driver's fee. I have yet to receive the refund. Paid $150 deposit, $550 to the driver, the original quote was $610 total...do not go with lowest price, it will cost you more in the long run. Final cost $700 + fuel to drive two cars (2 hrs away, one way) + time off from work to deliver vehicle + two weeks of dealing with poor customer service.

Once the vehicle was in the hands of the driver, it was good. However, the driver does not work for this company. Most definitely not a good experience.
