Open 24 Hours a day. Always available. There were times when I called during non business hours where it went to voicemail after a few rings but they call back within a few minutes. Although, I do understand my calls at midnight werent the best time :)
They gave me a two day window when my car should be picked up and it was even picked up earlier than expected. Really nice driver. I gave him an extra tip.
My husband got my car within a few days as promised.
Will def, use again.
Also, give them a few more cars and they give great discounts. I gave them my second car and i got 10% off.
