2/15/21 We used this company to transport a brand new $100,000 Dodge Challenger Hellcat RedEye. Worst mistake we ever made! We were told this was his company. He made us feel comfortable and sure this would be a secure transaction! He told us how we should definitely use an enclosed carrier with what we were shipping and the cost went up. We agreed on the cost and setup the date and time to be picked up at the dealership! We wanted no additional miles on it .it was being transported from New Smyrna florida to White Marsh Maryland. It was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday 2/17. They never showed up! Called Brad and he stated he would get to the bottom of it. He then called and said the driver wouldn’t be able to get to it til the following day. We then learned Brad was the broker and not the actual company transporting. Nash Mobile Services took the bid. Red flags but still continued with them. Late Thursday they still hadn’t picked it up. We gave them one hour to pick Up or we were going to go get it ourselves and find another company. They miraculously showed up. We flew Friday back to md. It should have be delivered as well on Friday. No call. We finally get a call back and they will deliver on Saturday. Saturday comes, we call again for an ETA. Now they say they are broke down. I call Brad concerned for the vehicle. No physical call back, only txting. He says he will check and get back to me!. The supposed owner of the company Brad sold us to calls and says they are broke down in Miami and they are waiting for a part. Don’t know how long to fix it! I called Brad and get a txt that he’s sorry we are having these problems But he will look into it. Doesn’t get back to us. Dispatcher calls and says they are broke down in Vero Beach. Now they can’t get there story straight of WHERE my vehicle is sitting. I call/txt Brad again. He txt back he’s never dealt with this before, all he can do is blacklist them. He’s going to try to get the the bottom of it. He txt back yes it’s broke down and dispatcher will contact us when it’s fixed. We get the call from the dispatcher and a txt from Brad Monday 2/22 that the truck is fixed and in South Carolina. They will deliver Tuesday 2/23. We get another call Monday evening saying they are in route and want to deliver that night. Due to weather the company the vehicle was being delivered to was closed and since the vehicle wasn’t expected, everyone went home. They were upset we couldnt meet them. We were upset they wanted to deliver and us to inspect in the dark! The came the next morning and that’s when the real disaster started. We had damage to the front bumper. Looked like it bumped the car in front of it AND the rear right quarter panel had been painted!! After several of our employees helped looking the car over. There were several areas of paint on rubber etc. you could clearly see someone painted on this car!! Overspray is on the trunk etc. we are just sick about it!! We took pictures and video of this car at the dealership! They also inspected the car and had photos of the vehicle going on the transport! Paperwork was signed that no markings or damage was noticed! We refused to pay the driver and have contacted our insurance company. This company Brad contracted, Nash Mobile Services, refused to give the insurance info! We asked Brad to send it to us and all he gave back was their address and phone number to take it up with them. He states all he can do is blacklist them! That does NOTHING for us! We asked Brad to help stay on top of this throughout and he stated he would but never did. Unless we contacted him, he never followed through. Brad also told my husband that he’s never dealt with anything like this and he was sorry but nothing he personally could do about it! I looked him up on the BBB and he has 3 complaints very similar to ours! I wish we would have seen these prior, we would have NEVER used them! Our insurance company has now opened an investigation on both companies!

Hi Betina, Thank you for your feedback. I once again apologize for any stress caused to you by Nash Mobile Services. When you reached out to me in regards to pick up I was not aware that they were running 1 day late due to weather conditions which is completely outside of my control. The only thing that I could have done is exactly what I did which was to ensure that your vehicle was picked up ASAP. In regards to the driver running behind on delivery, he had a truck breakdown which is also something outside of my control. These trucks have hundreds of thousands of miles on them and sometimes these things happen. All that I could do to rectify the situation was to stay on top of the driver and to stay in communication with you. Which I did, on Sunday (My day off). I wish I could have called you as you requested, but due to me being at Disney with my family celebrating my son's birthday the only thing I could do was text. I have been trying to have a proper conversation with you since your vehicle has been delivered and several with your husband, but you refuse to call me and your husband has already hung up on me twice. We have no PROOF that your car was "sprayed painted" or damaged as we have requested pictures several times and you refuse to provide. The driver has said several times that once he receives the pictures he will send over the Insurance information. I am sure as a business owner, you can understand that anyone can claim damages but not many can provide the proof of it. We did our best to make the situation better for you and to make up for all the inconvenience caused, the driver transported your car for 880 miles for FREE. He did not charge his fee of $725 to make up for the few days delay totaled between pick up and delivery. Once you are ready to have a conversation (without hanging up on me) and have the pictures that have been requested please do not hesitate to contact me directly. I am always here to help! Thank you again! Best Regards, Brad
