I had an older Chevy pickup shipped from Seattle to Colorado Springs by open carrier. LAC (Matt) did an excellent job of keeping me informed while working to get a truck arraigned. This was very important as the truck had some delays (all reasonable but the constant information was critical for my piece of mind). The trucker selected was excellent and very committed to a good delivery.
