Unprofessional Experience with Lightening Auto Carriers

In the beginning, communicating with Brad at Lightening was easy and he assured me my car would be picked up within two days of my preferred pick up window. Then things went south. I requested to change my pickup date to an earlier time frame and Brad assured me he had done so, only to find out 6 days later that NO changes had been made. In the end, they never called me to get my car picked up. After multiples texts, calls and emails I was forced to cancel my order because they wouldn't communicate with me and Lightning never scheduled a driver to pick up my car. Thankfully, I cancelled my credit card before they were able to charge me for the deposit (after they PROMISED me they wouldn't charge me.)

Save your time and money - use a different carrier.

This is completely false. This customer did not allow us the agreed upon window to render services and on top of that we didn't charge her.
