Would use someone else next time

Pros: Out of the 8 quotes I received, they were the second lowest. They also respond to emails, which is nice. Don't expect proactive communication, or even an answer to all of your questions, but I did get a response to my several emails throughout the process. Cons: I had to call or email every day it seemed to find out where we were in the process. It ended up getting picked up a day later than expected, which was fine, wasn't in a rush. The price did go up $100 once they finally got someone to pick it up. Also didn't mind that, as it was still one of the cheaper quotes. I will say, the initial email you get says their service does NOT require any up-front deposits. I guess the definition of deposit can be debated, but my card was charged $100 before my car was even picked up. They charge your credit card once the driver is assigned. It also mentions 24 hour vehicle tracking, which was a must for me when choosing companies. I purchased this car from someone out of state. I wasn't transferring the money until the car was on the truck, and with my new purchase, I wanted to see where the car was at all times. The 24 hour tracking with this company is putting in a request on their website, being told someone will contact you within 24 hours, and no one calling you back. You have to call the trucking company directly, and even then, they just give you estimates on delivery date. That wouldn't be my definition of 24 hour tracking. My car didn't leave the trucking company's lot for 5 days, and I wasn't aware that it hadn't moved until I called trying to figure out the time it would be dropped. Finding out it actually hadn't left yet was almost comical. Overall, a pretty frustrating experience. Took twice as long as initially discussed to get the car. Was not in any rush, but it was a long time to feel like I had no idea what was going on with a car I just purchased. Just some level setting of expectations would have made the entire ordeal more tolerable.. That being said, you get what you pay for. If you go with the cheapest quote, you shouldn't expect the best service.

Casey, thank you for your review as we appreciate all feedback. Indeed, you were quoted a fairly low price because at that time we already had a driver assigned to your route. Per the agreement that you signed, we charged our deposit fee on the credit card provided. Nothing was charged upfront, we did the labor work of finding the driver and locking him in to your route prior to any charges were made. It was unfortunate to all of us to find out that he had a death in the family and could no longer pick up your vehicle. We did our best on finding another driver to your route in the time frame that you requested. As it was explained to you, that particular driver requested more money. That was a last minute request from us and he had to make some uncomfortable arrangements to squeeze you in. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused to you. We also tried our best to respond to all of your emails and inquiries, but they became a little overwhelming when you were requesting to track your vehicle by the hour. We do our best to please all of our customers and would like to welcome you to use our services again. We will be happy to waive our broker fee in order to make up for the extra hundred you previously paid. Best Regards, Brad
