I booked car transport on Dec19 with the stipulation in writing that the car MUST be picked up no later than 1/12/18 as daughter was leaving town and later pickup is not possible. I contacted Brad each week and was assured the car would be picked up as scheduled. He called me on Tuesday and told me the driver would be there Wednesday or Thursday to get the car. Well, it's Friday and the car has not been picked up. Brad does not answer my calls this week, and only responds via email after missing the pick up promised, so I do have documentation of our discussions. DO NOT USE.

This is completely false. We stayed in contact with this customer throughout the whole process. He was charged nothing and only cancelled because he wanted a cheaper price. He completely breached our agreement and we didn't charge him anything and that is how we do business. We are very honest and professional.
