This company was recommended by a family member who had previous experience with Lightning. I called the number and spoke with Matt, who was super responsive and professional. He called me back several times to clear with me a particular rate type, exact pick up time, and to make sure the car had arrived as expected. It was so much easier than I thought it would be, and this guy was the reason. Thanks.
