As they say when its to good to be true it probably is. I looked up lightning auto transport on transport reviews.com they had 4&5 star reviews, so I figured i'd give them a chance. Brad has good customer service skills he made me feel at ease like everything was gonna be ok, until the day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up. I had also repeatedly expressed how crucial it was that my vehicle be picked up on the day agreed upon because my wife was flying home to Michigan the next day & there would be no one there to assit the driver with the pickup. I never heard from brad again even after leaving a barrage of e-mails & VM's. Brad didnt even have the decency to call me the next day & apologize, i was contacted by matt who had the audacity to ask me if i still wanted to go forward with lightning auto, my response was NO. The two good things came from this 1 , no driver was booked so i wasnt charged the deposit. 2, now i know what to do & not to do when transporting a vehicle in the future.

Dave Degree wasn't charged anything and didn't give us a sufficient amount of time to render services. He was also nearly impossible to get ahold of when we located our driver.
