Completely Failed

Lightning Auto Carriers was given any amount of time necessary to get my car from Ohio to Washington by a specific date and they completely failed. They could have picked my car up a month ago and that would have been fine. It appears that they waited until the last minute and then had no carrier. Because of their inability to complete this order I lost $500.00 in airline tickets and had to completely rearrange our vacation. I had several phone calls in which Brad was very competent and made me feel there would be no issues. He told me I would be contacted the week prior to pickup, with details, but never was. I called them several times and left messages and sent several emails to get any response. This seemed like such a great idea but I will NEVER attempt to ship a vehicle again... I am beyond frustrated and disappointed!!!

Linda we haven't charged you anything and if you would of given us the specified amount of time to find driver we could've. This customer cancelled way before there scheduled pick up date leaving us no time to assign a driver.
