Being clueless to the whole auto transport, I put out my transport to bid at a very low price of $500. Lightning Auto responded to the $500. (I chose them after reading other reviews). They told me it shouldn't be that long before they could get a driver. After about a week I phoned Matt who said it was a slow time, but was hopeful they could get a driver shortly. A few days after that (Fri), I spoke with the dispatcher Brad who made some calls to drivers... I understood now how the "board" worked. I said I would pay no more than $525, (after an original quote of $500) and Brad immediately found a driver that picked up the car the next morning, and was delivered on Monday. I had the best price and I would definately use them again. Matt and Brad were excellent. They were courteous and always answered the phone or returned my calls promptly. They will work with you to get the best price. Very happy with the service.
