We expected to get car picked up and moved fast but when I could not get confirmation in a few days I had to look at other options. Brad and Matt where great to work with and understood that I found another option, albeit a bit higher in cost. They agreed not to charge the deposiit. This is the type of customer service we all expect and LightningAuto stood up for the consumer on this one! Well done Brad! On my next transport I will be calling them 1st.
