A big waste of time

This broker could not get a carrier for 17 days and would not answer direct questions, so I gave up. The price was obviously too low at $1075 and I immediately offered to increase it knowing that snow was moving into the area. The broker dismissed the offer to increase multiple times. Two weeks into this fiasco, I clicked on an invoice link from them and the price showed $1375. No conversation ever occurred on the price increase. The price didn't bother me as much as the lack of disclosure. After 16 days I emailed Brad to prove that this listing was posted on Central Dispatch and at what price. Instead, he passed the email to someone else and they did not provide answers. In essence he hid behind someone else. There was never any attempt by them to brainstorm a solution of an alternate route, terminal or price to entice a carrier. I went with another broker and over the weekend there were two listings to pick up my vehicle. This means Lightning Auto Carriers is either too lazy to retract the listing or they leaving the duplicate listing posted in retaliation to hinder a carrier from taking it.

This is a completely false review. We quote a price and we stick to it. You spoke to our dispatcher who handles all of our loads. Lightning Auto Carriers did assign a driver to your route and when we contacted you to confirm you said the order was cancelled. You were never charged a thing and we did all of our work for free.
