I consider myself a thorough person, research-oriented and hold customer service as an important part of my decision making when selecting and pay for a service. Price and convenience is also important, BUT, respect, knowledge, and being treated with dignity is ciritical for me.

I called SEVERAL companies, and the process was HORRIBLE. I met the NASTIEST people, and I met some very nice people. I GOT THE RUN AROUND many times, and simply HATED having to do this. Then, there was Alex ...

Alex was welcoming, calm, and no-pressure. He follow-up regularly but didn't bite. He was solid, his explanations were thorough, and his was respectful, and just pleasant.

It was a no-brainer to choose him, and I was right. After finally placing my order with Lighting, the process worked exactly as he had explained. Even the folks he contracted to pick up my car were nice, respectful, and responsible.

I received my Audi A8 on time, with no issues whatsoever.

I recommend Lightning, and tell Alex I recommend his leadership over faciliating your car transportation need. Kudos to achieving excellence in this customer's experience.
