Poor service

I contacted Lightning Auto carriers because my mom needed her car transported from New York to Tampa Florida. I spoke to Matt Vogel who said they were able to transport by 11/18/2011. I got a call from dispatcher Brad who said they were able to pickup by 11/18/2011 then I got a call from Brad saying there was a problem with the transporter and ws unable to pickup on date agree on. Brad said he would call me as soon as they got a transporter but he never did. I called him and he told me that if I added another 50.00 to the 850.00 agree on my mothers Avalanche would be picked up faster I did'nt agree with the extra 50.00 so he told me that if I did not my mothers car would just sit there. I did'nt agree. so they added another 50.00 to the quote of 850.00 without my permission I called Matt Vogel and then spoke to Brad and he told me that I had accepted to dding 50.00 more I complained abput it and they took off the 50.00 that was added on. then I got a call from brad a few days later telling me that my moms Avalanche will be picked up on 11/25/2011 which they never did and I never got a call from the driver until 11/26/2011 apologizing for not picking up my moms vehicle. I have sent emails to Matt Vogel at Lightning auto carriers and have gotten no response. They took deposit of 150.00 on 11/16/2011 which I will probably never see. I would not recommend this company to anyone. they were nice in the beginning then they were very rude when they could'nt get the job done...
