Never have transported a car but did some searching and decided to go with Lightning after talking with Scott Ryan. The initial price I was quoted was very reasonable and the other reviews were good so I put my car in there hands. This wasn't the easiest ordeal partly due to timing and most likely the hurricane. Scott and Brad were able to track down a driver two days after our first conversation but the car wasn't available so I need to reschedule. I then tried to schedule the pickup the following Wednesday which was confirmed. Unfortunately, I needed to reschedule the pickup yet again and asked for the next available pickup anytime after Friday. So far this was my doing. It took a few more days and emails and calls going back and forth between Scott, Brad and I to finally lock down a pickup time. Right when i was starting to get nervous Brad let me know they located a driver. From there, the car was picked on the 8th as promised and was going to be delivered on the 16th. However, I received a call from the driver letting me know that he would be in California on the 13th ( 3 days earlier) with my car and of course I was stocked as can be. The driver Daniel from D&D Transport was communicating with me the entire time and was very professional. The car was delivered in a Goliath of a truck with other exotics and was unloaded without any issues. The only challenge I ran into was the additional $150 from the initial quote but to be honest getting the car here in good condition during a hurricane is all I care about. I would recommend Lighting especially if they can find D&D to pickup/delivery.
