I had my car shipped from MN to TX. There was a damage during transport which the carrier accepted. I am unable to reach Lighthouse to submit the claims for damage. They will not pick and return your calls. Stay away from them. Jon Spence is the representative. He will not pick your call if you need to report a damage. I have complained to BBB and FMCSA
